	Homesteader Shirt - $33.00 This loose fitting shirt is reminiscent of the styles worn during the settling of our nation's western frontier. Gently gathered around the neck, armholes and wrists for an old fashioned look and fit. 2 button placket neck opening for a comfortable pull on style and a stand up band collar. The sleeves are quite long with the extra length held at the wrist with the button cuff. Very generously sized throughout for ease of movement so there is no tension on seams during strenuous daily work! These are made for us by a local Amish woman. They are sewn on a treadle, non electric sewing machine and then the buttonholes and buttons are added by the Katie's Mercantile staff. While the construction is sturdy and made to last the inside seams are not serged and do not look "factory made" -- because they aren't!! Available in a variety of plaids and solids. 	Traditional Men's Shirt - $30.00 This is a button front shirt with a choice of a pointed collar or a stand up collar. The collars are intentionally not stiffened so they are softer and less irritating to the neck. The shirts feature a back yoke with 2 small pleats, and have long sleeves pleated into a single button cuff. These are an "English" style shirt sewn for us by an Amish lady. We asked her to make them the same way she sews for her husband and sons, and that is exactly what she did! Therefore they are well made sturdy garments but not serged or edge finished on the inside as that is not possible with a non electric 100+ year old treadle sewing machine. Then the Katie's Mercantile staff adds the buttonholes and buttons. Available in a variety of solids and plaids and sizes XS - XXXL. Currently custom only. Click for additional pictures

	Broadfall Pants - $40.00 This is the style pants worn by most Amish men and are an adaptation of the pants made many years ago before zippers were invented!! They feature a front flap that buttons just below the waistband. 2 front pockets are hidden under the flap. The pocket openings are quite narrow -- most men need to reach into the pockets with 2 fingers to retrieve their belongings. A single pleat in the center back adds comfort and ease of movement. These pants are worn at the natural waist and are loose fitting through the seat and legs. No "slim fit" here! Buttons to attach suspenders are sewn inside the waistband. Available in black twill or navy denim. Waist sizes 30" through 54" even sizes only. Standard inseam length is 31." Longer inseam available by custom order. Click for additional pictures

	Amish Straw Hat - $20.00 The straw hat is a common sight in Amish communities. These hats have a 3-1/2" brim and a black band on the traditional tan straw hat. Consistently stocked in sizes L (average size man) and XL. Made in USA.

	Button On Suspenders - $12.00 Black leather suspenders button inside your broadfall pants. These are not clip on suspenders. They can be adapted to modern style trousers by sewing buttons into the waistband. Made by a local Amish man. For sizing measure from back waistband over shoulder to front waistband. 	Leather Belts - $25.00 These are a beautiful quality belt for those who have pants with belt loops! In either a plain smooth finish or in a lovely tooled leather pattern. Amish craftsmanship at its finest! Sizes 40" through 52" even sizes only. The belts have 7 holes and the size measurement is to the center hold. Made in the USA. Click for additional pictures
